Long weekend recipes from Food & Wine Mag features our Cassole

Looking for a weekend cooking project? Food & Wine Magazine features eleven recipes that require time … but they’re totally worth the wait.

#2 on the list is Cassoulet and the photo and recipe feature one of our Clay Coyote cassoles.

All the recipes look wonderful, and I can’t want to try a few out. I often tell people that my title is the Product Tester in Chief. I’m much more of a art of cooking girl over the science of baking.

PS: #4 Crusty bread would go great in one of our no-knead bread bakers.
