Rigatoni Recipe

Try rigatoni in a new way: in the Clay Coyote cazuela! Use rigatoni, fresh mozzarella, spicy sausage, and homemade gravy. Perfect for those who don’t have an Italian restaurant near by because you can bring Italy to you!

I boiled the pasta on the stove in the cazuela, then added it back to the cazuela, mixed in my homemade gravy (I keep extra in the freezer), a little mozz, and then put the cazuela into the oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
