Part 1 of 4: A Day in the Life of a Mini Savory Pie

If I had to describe the Clay Coyote Mini Savory Pie in three words, I would say “small but mighty”! This mini version of our larger Savory Pie can do everything its older brother can, just on a smaller scale. The mini savory is great for mixing up a quick bite for a couple of people. In this four part series, I’m going to be exploring  a different dish in each post; starting with breakfast and ending, as all meals should, in dessert.

On the menu for today is a simple egg bake.

I started by beating eggs, turkey, cheese, salt,  and pepper in a bowl. This is where the        Clay Coyote Mixing Bowl would be handy!

I then heated up my mini savory, added some oil, and wilted some spinach which I added to  the bowl of eggs and mixed in.

I gave the mini savory a quick spray all over to ensure my egg mixture wouldn’t stick and poured it in.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

The eggs slid right out of the pan with no residue. Yay for easy clean up!
And with that, brunch was done!
