Cajun Orange Shrimp

December 5, 2017 By Kylie Lawson

With December starting off in the 50’s, we thought we’d share a grill basket recipe so you can start up the grill once last time before the weather decides to change!

Cajun Orange Shrimp

Toss raw shrimp in a 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon Cajun spices for 30 seconds (we use Buffalo Creek Cajun Spice)

sometimes we skip the OJ and use orange zest

Drain and transfer shrimp into your grill basket (use cookie sheet to prevent dripping) and place on grill over medium-high heat for 7 minutes (stir once at 4 minute marker).

At the final 1 minute marker squeeze a fresh navel orange over the top of the shrimp for extra orange flavor
