For the love of Meatballs

April 25, 2018 By Morgan

Table of food and slow cookers What’s the single most requested recipe we have? Open House Meatballs

Last weekend at our Spring Fling Open House we had our annual spread of fun nibbles. I’m not kidding when I say that three people asked us to write down this recipe and one person even called first thing Monday morning to get it. It’s crazy. These are the true bell of the Coyote Ball. They’re super simple too, enjoy!

Open House (Sauerkraut) Meatballs

1 can (14 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut
1/2 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 package (32 ounces) frozen fully cooked home style meatballs, thawed

Bake the meatballs according to directions. Simmer other ingredients, and add everything to your crock pot or dutch oven for 2 hours.

Looking for other party ideas? Consider any one of these serving dishes.

PS: Trust us, you’ll be getting asked for this recipe, you may want to bookmark it.
