Here is a tasty dip we made to sample in the gallery. This is one of the featured recipes for our BLT event. Bites, Licks, and Tastes all day Saturday. We are serving this in a chip and dip from Sunset Canyon Pottery.
- 1 pound of bacon
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tomato seeded and diced
Cook bacon until crispy. Cool and chop coarsely. Mix mayo, sour cream, salt, pepper, and bacon up. Gently fold in tomatoes before serving. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce. Serve with dipper of choice (e.g. tortilla chips, celery stalks, toasted pita)
