It is Spring at Clay Coyote!

March 19, 2012 By Valerie

As you know, tomorrow is the first official day of Spring. Usually, the equinox does not coincide with the beginning of our Minnesota Spring. Last year, we were still shoveling snow well into April. I am excited to officially declare it Spring here at Clay Coyote!

Here are my top 5 signs of Spring:

#5.Tom and Betsy marked the “ice out” date on the wall in the studio. This year came in 2nd to 2000 for Todd Lake.

#4. I had my first gallery customer complaining about Spring allergies, “It must be Spring, my allergies are already in full swing.”

#3. New artists are arriving daily for our annual Spring Open House in April.

#2. Maggie meows constantly to be let outside.

#1. The birds are returning. We had 2 trumpeter swans in the pond this morning.

We would love to hear your signs of Spring! Please share how you decide Winter is over.
