Clay Coyote will only collect personally identifiable information you provide voluntarily (such as name, company name, title, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) so that we may understand you better and make you aware of any new products that you may be interested in. As soon as your order is processed, your credit card number is erased from our computers and servers.

EMail and Newsletters

We use Constant Contact for email distribution of our newsletters and other customer communication.  They are extremely careful to respect your privacy and to make sure you don't receive multiple copies or mailing.  If you ever want to opt out from our list, you can do so at the bottom of any mailing.  If you want to re-join our list, you will have to resubscribe on the website, after which you will get a confirming email that you do want to re-join.

Use of Information

Clay Coyote will never share, sell, or rent personally identifiable information with anyone without your advanced permission or if required by law or if pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations.
