Small - 1 quart, 7 - 10" diam. - mixing, serving, large storage. Medium - 1-1/2 to 2 qt. - 10 - 12" mixing, raise 1 recipe of bread, serving, display, stingy popcorn bowl. Large - 3 quart - 1 gallon - 12 - 14" raises a double recipe of bread, feed a small army, bring a friend for popcorn. Extra Large run 16"-17" and 5" - 7" deep. 2 gallon or more.
