In 1978 Robert Eickholt founded Eickholt Glass. Eickholt Glass was established to allow for the development of new designs and decorating techniques for hand-blown glass art.
Since that time, a full line of unique glass art has emerged. Paperweights, perfume bottles, eggs, vases, ad sculptures have been designed to reflect Robert's obsession with the extraordinary, creating a distinctive line of glass art. Many of the exquisite designs incorporate the use of precious metals such as gold and silver, and rare oxides such as cobalt and copper. By combining the intriguing contrast of soft and bold colors, he has mastered the use of depth and space to create a piece of incomparable beauty and personality all its own.
