Our Couscous Steamer is a new product, hot out of the studio! We started making these because of a request from cookbook author Paula Wolfert. She needed a stoneware colander deep enough to steam couscous in. It works similarily to our Veggie Steamer, you set the steamer over a pot of boiling water and secure with a tight lid. Our Couscous Steamer is about 10" in diameter and over 4" deep. Handles allow you to easily take the steamer on and off of the pot and also make this a great serving piece.
