GUARANTEE

We guarantee all our pots to perform "as advertised"; that is; microwave, dishwasher and oven safe. Because of the very nature of highfire stoneware, it is possible, though rare, that a piece could develop a crack in oven use.  If you should ever have a problem with a pot from us, let us know.  We will replace the item at no cost or shipping or refund your cost to you. Ways of telling how a pot failed are noted in our technical section.
